Sky Landscape Artist Of The Year 2024

I said “never again!”. But I guess I’m just a sucker for punishment.  

I was delighted to hear the first round would be a cityscape.  Little did I know that day was to be the hottest day of the year…. and I was standing in what is essentially,  a greenhouse.  Never have I been so uncomfortable.  It took me 2 days to recover from heat stroke. I’m actually amazed I managed to produce ANYTHING let alone a painting that actually sold on the day! 

This time I really mean it… NEVER again!

The One Show 2023

Was an absolute privilege to be involved with this. Getting to meet Adebanji Alade was a load of fun and of course getting to highlight the struggles and stresses of an HGV driver ( with ADHD) .

Unfortunately I drew a short straw for my round. The stately home… boring! But all the same, a fantastic experience. Meeting and getting COMPLIMENTED by Tal Shan Schreiber ! 🙌

This was immensely fun to do. The best part of it was meeting Geoff Bainbridge, a retired Vulcan Bomber pilot!
